Building Control:

Estimation and Budgeting:

Contract:

Once you are happy with the quotation and project plan, we will proceed to create a contract specifying the project's schedule, total cost, and an agreed payment schedule. This contract can be one approved by the Federation of Master Builders or the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), or any other type of contract that you prefer.
